We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors

Last minute orders need to be paid in full at the time of placing the order.

There is no refund once the order has been made.

There is no refund on the deposits made

Orders are to be placed at least two weeks before the Event date.

There will be a $50 extra fee for orders placed less then two weeks.

There will be an extra charge for any pillars for tiered cakes.

Serving items, display stands, trays, and condiment sets are rented as complete sets. If any piece of a set is missing or damaged, the full replacement cost of the set will be charged.

Orders placed less then three days before the event date will not be honored

Deposits are 50% of the total cost of your order

Any products or services requested not included in the contract will occur an additional fee.

Once the cake leaves my possession and is handed to a courier or client, I am no longer responsible for any damage that may occur during transport or after delivery.
