All Payments Are Final

Due to the custom nature of my work, all payments — including deposits and balances — are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
Every order is made specifically for you, with time, ingredients, and supplies purchased in advance.

No Refunds for Cancellations

If a client chooses to cancel an order for any reason, no refund will be issued.
Cancellations do not remove the time, labor, or materials already invested in your custom cake.

No Refunds After Pickup

Once the cake leaves my possession, all responsibility transfers to the client.
I do not offer refunds or replacements for:

• heat damage

• leaning or shifting

• accidents during transport

• mishandling after pickup

• issues caused by third‑party couriers

Clients must follow all transport instructions provided.

No Refunds for Design Changes After Payment

Once payment is made and the design is confirmed, changes cannot be made without additional fees.
Last‑minute changes may not be possible depending on schedule and supplies.

No Refunds for Dislike of Flavor or Design

Taste and design preferences are subjective.
I do not offer refunds for:

• flavor preference

• color tone differences

• minor design variations

• artistic interpretation

All cakes are handcrafted and may vary slightly from inspiration photos.

Quality Assurance

A photo of your cake before pickup will always be provided for your records.
This confirms the condition and quality of the cake at the time it leaves my possession.
